SPECIFIC TO GAPPP TRADE SHOWS, TO BE ACKNOWLEDGED DURING REGISTRATION, AS STATED IN THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE GEORGIA ASSOCIATION OF PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS PROFESSIONALS:

 6.C. Removing Merchandise from Exhibitor’s Displays Trade Shows and other Events:

  • Taking products on display, without the express permission from the exhibitor, is prohibited, unless signage or  verbal consent of the exhibitor indicates that products are free.

  • All event attendees (Distributors will be held responsible for invited Clients’ actions) that engage in this behavior may be subject to show bag search.

  • Should merchandise that was taken without consent be discovered in the show bag or on the attendee, the EXHIBITOR may exercise the option of contacting local law enforcement or security with jurisdiction over the venue to pursue legal action.

6.D. Remedies for Unacceptable Member Behaviors

  • Members that engage in unacceptable behavior may be banned from attending GAPPP events, and members may be subject to expulsion/revocation of membership, at the determination of the Board of Directors.
